Business Administration
(Master Degree)
Objectives
1.) To develop student’s skills
in a chosen concentration of
study for future careers.
2.) Develop student’s
decision-making capabilities.
Graduation Requirements
A minimum of 36 units are
required, from the following
categories, concentrated core
courses, healthcare related
electives and other electives.
Students must also makeup for
any background deficiencies by
taking additional courses,
although 400 level courses may
be used as elective units. A
grade of “B-“ or better must be
earned in all core courses and
area of concentration, and a
grade of “C-“ must be earned for
all other elective courses. An
average GPA of 3.0 or better is
required, and the student must
be in good standings with the
university. After fulfilling the
requirements stated above, the
student may file a petition for
graduation and if approved, may
graduate.
Internship or Field Practicum:
Students interested in doing
internship or field practicum
may choose to do a 3 or 6-unit
master’s internship project and
earn elective units. Students
should pay attention to the
requirements for completing the
project.
Changes in Degree
Requirements
CTU policies and requirements
are subject to change and
changes may not be immediately
reflected on campus websites and
publications. New degree
requirements, however, will not
imposed retroactively on
continuing students unless
agreed upon by the student. If
degree requirements are changed,
student may complete their
degree programs under the
requirements in effect at the
time of their initial enrollment
(readmission, if key have
discontinued degree status).
They have the option of electing
to be governed by the new
requirements if they so desire,
provided that all requirements
of one catalog are met
MBA and Integrated MBA Program

offers two concurrent master
degree programs for the
professional adult candidates –
(i) post baccalaureate master
degree and (ii).integrated
master degree for the
non-baccalaureate professionals.
Post baccalaureate MBA
Offers a comprehensive program
designed for the professionals
who are pressed with time and
need wider flexibility.
Programs has allows students to
best use of technologies,
mentorship and practical
street-learning that they can
bring to their professional for
individual growth as well as
corporate productivity.
Integrated MBA
This master degree program is
designed for the individuals
without a formal bachelor degree
and acquired significant
knowledge and understanding in
present field of work as well as
the practical knowledge of
business. Students will
participate in a comprehensive
learning system designed by the
university and industry
professionals; and solidify the
foundation for higher learning.
Students will receive both
bachelor and master degrees
under this program.
Students are encouraged to use
distant-learning –protocols that
are guided by assigned mentors
from the University. Class
schedule developed in such a way
that professional can attend
live lectures without
interrupting their daily work
routines.
